Fully-auto Double Side Sealer & Shrink Tunnel
- S6030AF Fully-auto Double Side Sealer which is developed for special big items adopts advanced high speed double-side sealing technology. It has up & down double film roll carriage. The film is in sync with the items. While the items are going forward, the side sealing system starts to seal and cut the up & down film that keeps good sealing;
- Continuous sealing & cutting and no limits of the item length make it particularly suitable for longer, wider and heavy products’ fully-closed packaging with PE film, such as doors, furniture, ladders, mattresss and other heavy and oversized objects;
- The waste film can be winded automatically for easily clean-up;
- Side sealing lines can be adjusted to the desired position which based on the product’s height in order to achieve excellent sealing strength results;

- The equipment will notify alarm and troubleshooting information to the operator in HMI and take further action.

- Assorted shrink tunnel T15040E uses imported double air circulation motors, so that the hot air in the oven can spread more evenly to get a good shrink effect;
- Chain bar conveying, using solid steel covered with durable imported silicone tube. T15040E can add density bar roller function which specially designed for small product;
- The use of French “Schneider “inverter controls transmission speed which has the function of infinitive speed;
- The chamber length is short which can greatly reduce the machine power; at same time it maintains good packing effect;
- Applicable shrink film: PE;
- For beverage, chemical, building material, food packing with or without paper tray. And the tunnel can be used for electrical appliances, auto parts, furniture, flooring and other individual or group sealing and shrink wrap.
